The tailplanes is also very well modeled and the controls are also very well reproduced, although the flap lever is not. This is a nice addition for the DHC-1 as it was not popular for this aircraft to have flaps, it was made in a light weight aircraft and it is easy to overstress the flap mechanism, which was quite common for these aircraft, so this is a nice addition. The controls are all very nicely reproduced and the throttle is nicely sensitive and nicely weighted. Also the switch that is used to start the engine is nicely modeled and as mentioned before the engine sound is very good. The flaps are functional, and the landing gear is well modeled and sounds very nice. Landing is easy and well modeled but the aircraft will need a little time to land because of the lack of a tailwheel, and this is not a problem, as it is easy to get out of the aircraft. It will land reasonably well on a good landing site.

We have a very interesting flight model in DHC-1 as the engine models are all based on the same British engines, in the same locations and they all have the correct exhaust pipes, mufflers and other details. The engine instrumentation is also perfectly reproduced, the engine firing order indicator is a big deal on these aircraft as it let's you know what is coming next. The engine is also very realistic, these DHC-1's have a very strange engine note unlike the normal aircraft as the cylinders are firing simultaneously, as well it is not split down the middle like in the P-51, you have a very nice mixture engine note and the exhaust note is impressive, the real DHC-1's made a lot of noise in the air, this is no exception.

2. The Temple of Death: This is the second stage of the game. Two mounted warriors battle each other in the temple courtyard. The first level is the same as the previous game, except that the level is set in the middle ages. There is no last level in Beast Rider, but there is a bonus level.
